YAMTEP is proud to help young adults that are committed to entering the workforce learn useful, employable skills. While we specialize in manufacturing training services, individuals also have the opportunity to gain knowledge in other career fields including machine operator, home health aide, hospital housekeeping and food service.

Individuals who complete Rochester’s OTR Employment Readiness program and utilize YAMTEP services are highly likely to become employed. Our teaching staff is comprised of local manufacturing professionals with years of hands on experience and knowledge. In addition to our partnerships with the City of Rochester, Monroe County, Rochester Works and PathStone Corporation, we work with over 30 employers that perform interviews with students who complete the program.
